At Fable of Loom, our philosophy is rooted in honesty and the enduring quality of our craft. Because our garments are handcrafted in small batches using premium fabrics, we maintain a focused return policy to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers.
1. General Return & Exchange Policy
To maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our collections, Fable of Loom follows a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” style preference, or incorrect size selection.
- We highly encourage you to refer to our Size Guide or contact us on WhatsApp for fit consultations before placing your order.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
We take immense pride in our quality control. However, in the rare event that you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect or if the product is damaged during transit, we are committed to making it right.
- Reporting a Defect: You must notify us via email at fableofloom@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Requirements: Please include your Order Number and clear unboxing photos or videos that highlight the defect.
3. The Return Process
Once our team verifies the defect:
- Shipping Back: The customer will be required to ship the item back to our Delhi warehouse.
- Shipping Costs: Fable of Loom will cover the shipping costs. We will reimburse the shipping amount spent by you (up to a reasonable standard rate) or provide a pre-paid shipping label where possible.
- Condition: The garment must be returned in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
4. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Method: If approved, a bank refund will be initiated. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or a provided bank account within 7–10 business days.
- Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or the Razorpay settlement cycle.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Items purchased during a Sale or using a promotional discount.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Custom-stitched or personalized orders.
