- Authenticity: Our garments are crafted with high-quality fabrics sourced across India. Minor variations in weave, color, or texture are a characteristic of the hand-crafted process and are not considered defects.
- Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
3. Payments (Razorpay)
We accept payments through Razorpay. By choosing to purchase on our site, you agree to abide by Razorpay’s terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues, delays, or technical failures arising from the payment gateway’s side. Your order will only be processed once payment confirmation is received.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery: Total delivery time is estimated at 15–20 days.
- Local Advantage: We offer free shipping within Delhi NCR. All other regions (Domestic and Global) will incur shipping charges as calculated at checkout.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
Please read carefully:
- Strict No-Return Policy: Given the nature of our handcrafted apparel, we follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.
- Damaged/Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us at fableofloom@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Return Shipping: Upon receipt and inspection, a bank refund or replacement will be issued.
6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the user.

The “Fable of Loom” name, logo, “Rooted in Grace. Crafted in Cloth.” tagline, and all images/text on this website are the intellectual property of Fable of Loom. Reproduction, duplication, or exploitation of any content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
